We’re seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to help us grow our online presence and convert engagement into sales.

**Position Overview**:
We’re looking for a freelance/part-time Social Media Manager to create captivating content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. This role requires someone with a proven track record of developing high-performing content, staying on top of trends, and strategically converting posts into sales. The position involves both on-site work in our studio (1-2 days per week for filming) and remote work for editing and scheduling posts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with our brand and sales goals.
- Create engaging posts and reels for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including filming and editing content.
- Monitor and stay ahead of current social media trends to ensure content is fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with our team to highlight products, services, and promotions.
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Build a content calendar to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Respond to comments and engage with followers to build community and brand loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands, preferably in fashion, weddings, or luxury markets.
- Expertise in creating and editing video content, especially Instagram Reels and TikToks.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Proven ability to create content that drives sales and engagement.
- Strategic marketing mindset with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, etc.) is a plus.
- Availability for 1-2 days per week, including on-site filming at our studio.
