**About the Role**

The Operational Assistant will play an exciting role in developing and executing on new facility initiatives - both online and in-person - and in training members and sports teams alike.

We are searching for a creative and organized individual with experience in the fitness industry, responsible for assisting with facility-related projects and promotions, managing social media content, and helping to grow the Functional Strength and Therapy brand.

This role will also be responsible for assisting with one-on-one client training and group-based sport-specific training sessions. Note that there is additional compensation outside of the 10-20 hours of dedicated project and promotion work for training requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing growth-oriented projects
- Create, manage, and monitor social media initiatives.
- Assist the Director of Fitness with facility projects, events, and administrative tasks.
- Support members with our facility software.
- Ideate new and exciting ways to engage with the fitness community.
- Assisting in facility team-based dryland training
- Assisting in coaching individual clients

**Preferred Experience and Skills**
- First Aid
- One of the following: CSCS, RCEP, or additional training certifications
- Kinesiology or schooling in a related field.
- 1-2 years of related work experience, or schooling in a related field.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 - 20 per week

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
