**Job Summary**
As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail floor, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service. Your role will involve supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a well-organized store environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support retail sales staff in their daily tasks
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and assist in pricing products
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new team members
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor for an optimal shopping experience
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures
- Provide administrative support as needed to ensure efficient store operations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in conducting interviews and training new employees
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to train and develop retail staff effectively
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and retail sales strategies
- Experience in recruiting and payroll processes would be beneficial

Pay: $48,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
