**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized assistance.
- Engage with customers to sell products effectively, utilizing upselling techniques where appropriate.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including processing payments and handling cash.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
- Keep track of inventory levels and assist in inventory management tasks as needed.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cashiering processes and POS systems is advantageous.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly store environment and manage stock effectively.
