They will be an ambassador of our culture, the champion of our brand and is an enthusiastic supporter of delivering a great experience for all employees. **YEAR-ROUND, FULL-TIME** **SALARY WITH BENEFITS** **WHAT WILL I BE DOING?** - Responds to Workday Helpdesk tickets and completes general administrative tasks in Workday - Helps business unit Leaders ensure that employees across the Resort are properly Onboarded prior to their start date. Includes, but not limited to providing one on one and/or group assistance to employees, proactively coordinating between recruiting + business unit, working with HRBP to determine strategic approach. - Coordinates retention initiatives developed and managed by the HRBP team. - Organizes the logistics and attendance for Employee Events and Learning sessions, including but not limited to conference service and recreation service bookings, submission of POs, menu booking, creating manuals, third party bookings - As part of a rotation, works from HR Front Desk;Answers general Resort and Human Resources questions for employees, partners and guests. - Completes administrative tasks in collaboration with HR Leadership & HRBP team. May include regular and ad-hoc reports, employee communications, job change letters, policy edits, dismissal letters, investigation notes etc. - With HR Leadership, coordinates components of Organizational Development programs. **WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?** - Completion of OR in progress of University Bachelor's degree (B.
