As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing all aspects of the company’s digital marketing strategy. As a digital marketing expert, you will be familiar with industry trends as well as have a passion for continually learning about the latest innovations and marketing opportunities in the digital space. You will report on campaign performance and make actionable recommendations to continually improve performance and achieve KPIs.

**As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will**:
Oversee content for the company’s digital advertising channels
Monitor and optimize campaigns to drive online traffic on platforms including paid search, SEM, and YouTube
Oversee the company’s affiliate marketing program, including relationship management and communication, overseeing content and offers, reporting on results
Collaborates with partners and agencies to create ad campaigns that drive conversions
Strong ability to analyze data in Google Analytics and make actionable decisions and recommendations
Monitor, execute and report on testing initiatives though digital campaigns
Regularly review design, content and metrics to optimize conversion, engagement, acquisition, retention and user-experience on all digital touch points
Liaise with IT and external vendors to review project requirements, identify resources and timelines and ensure successful execution of digital projects as required
Measures KPI’s and utilize reporting tools such as Power BI to report on results
Work closely with the marketing & design teams to ensure a consistent brand strategy
Work collaboratively with internal business units and 3rd party suppliers with the ability to build strong internal relationships
Prepare and present project information and analysis to senior management/executives when required
Remain current on digital/ecommerce marketing trends and support growth and development opportunities within the organization
2+ years of experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar role, or 4+ years of experience in lieu of formal education
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
Experience with Google ads with strong ability to analyze data in Google Analytics and make actionable decisions and recommendations
Proficient in MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and presentation skills required
Superior organization, project management skills, and attention to detail
Displays professionalism, strong work ethic, flexibility and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paces, deadline-driven environment
