**About The Role**:
The Digital Marketing Specialist at ARxIUM will create and execute digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and promote the company’s brand.
This role is a hybrid position based in Winnipeg, MB.

**What You'll Be doing**:

- Create engaging multimedia content tailored for specific platforms.
- Schedule and execute posts across social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Close coordination with internal teams in maintaining the company website.
- Implementing A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve ROI.
- Creating and updating digital marketing reports.
- Promoting awareness and positive public image of the company through digital marketing.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Degree or diploma in communications or marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, e-marketing, or e-commerce. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience in Digital Marketing position for an ERP or QMS software company geared towards manufacturing customers.
- Experience with social, SEO and SEM strategies with strong ability to analyze data in Google Analytics and make actionable decisions and recommendations.
- Displays skills in video editing, graphic design, and production.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service.
- Displays professionalism, strong work ethic, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- History of driving results in a competitive environment and thriving on success.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint are required.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automations tools is required.
