Housekeeping Supervisor and/or Assistant General Manager, General Manager
SPECIFIC DUTIES
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our campground team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining clean and sanitary linens, towels, and other laundry items for our guests and facilities. Duties include washing, drying, folding, and organizing laundry, monitoring machines, and ensuring laundry areas are clean and well-stocked. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in keeping things fresh and orderly.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate washers, dryers, and folding equipment
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and towels
- Monitor and maintain inventory of laundry supplies
- Keep laundry area clean and organized
- Report any equipment issues or supply needs to management
- Provide friendly and helpful service to guests, if needed

**Qualifications**:

- Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Available to work weekends and holidays

EXPECTED RESULTS
- Clean, tidy, and knowledge about commercial laundry procedures.
- Meet property’s target for OSHA and Safety requirements.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments..
- Precise control and adherence to KOA policies of all housekeeping, cleaning, and safety programs

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Desire to work in housekeeping or related field.
- Basic understanding of English language and willingness to learn through hands-on experience of housekeeping and janitorial procedures.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Motivated, goal oriented and results driven.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift to 30 pounds, lift and carry 25 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds regularly.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and move safely over uneven terrain.
- Able to work inside and outdoors and in various climates.
