Provide positive and dynamic 5 STAR PAW service for our Pack and guests with a systems based approach.

The **Laundry Attendant** has knowledge/ skills to process linens, terry, blankets, spreads - including staining, washing, drying, folding and returning to shelves for re-stocking in linen closets.

**Shift times available; **11am-6:30pm OR **2pm-9:30pm**

**Duties**
- Willingness to accept the most effective role.
- Completes daily duties following Kaizen process and procedure.
- Moving loads up to 100 lbs. in carts to washers and dryers.
- Pulling and bending over carts and into machines.
- Wash, dry and fold linens using Ironer & Towel Folder.
- Sort laundry from laundry carts.
- Clean drain and dryer filters.
- Ensure that all proper PPE is used at all times, including but not limited to gloves, mask and aprons when handling dirty and soiled linens.
- Any and all other duties assigned by Director of Housekeeping.
- Ensures that all linens leaving laundry are 5 star standard.
- Ensures that the pace kept in laundry allows for a timely delivery of linens for our guest rooms.
- Observe machine operations and report malfunctions.
- Ensure that you are following proper machine directions for all linen types.
- Report defective equipment to Housekeeping supervision and place Out of Order sign on appropriate machine.

**Physical Requirements**
- Lift up to 30lbs., move up to 100 lbs., bending, stretching, twisting
- Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours at a time
- Working with chemicals

All newly hired employees are to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of being hired and provide proof of full vaccination, or provide proof of a bona fide medical or Human Rights Code exemption on a form issued from and approved by Great Wolf Lodge.
