**Position Overview**

A **Laundry Attendant/Houseperson **will ensure that all linens are washed, dried, folded, and ironed, maintain laundry room cleanliness, and keeping work areas organized and safe. The machinery must be kept clean and chemicals utilized efficiently. The **Laundry Attendant/Houseperson** assures the cleanliness of Guest floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, elevator doors, mirrors, and public vending areas as well as assist Room Attendants in order to maintain high standards of quality.

This position will primarily be scheduled for afternoon shifts.

**Experience**
- Previous Guest Service experience is an asset - Not a requirement
- Previous experience working in a Hotel-type setting is an asset - Not a requirement

**Requirements**:

- Must be available to work a variety of all shifts (Weekends, Long weekends, Holidays)
- Must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check to the hotel’s satisfaction.
