Our team is looking for a full-time **HR & Admin Assistant** who is driven to deliver their best work every day and are committed to working collaboratively to achieve shared goals. **RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Support HR department in a wide variety of tasks including interview scheduling, resume screening, onboarding, overall employee life-cycle (training, grants, benefits, referral program, YOS Awards), offboarding
- Administration of HR files for employee and contractors
- Main contact responsible for building management and office contractors
- Booking reservations, travel and accommodations as necessary for projects
- Date entry in multiple platforms, including Excel
- Maintaining & ordering office supplies for company
- Various other general administrative duties, as needed
- **Note**: This position is in-office, 5 days/week
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 2+ years experience in Human Resources field
- 3+ years of experience as an admin in a busy corporate environment
- Diploma in Human Resources, Administration, or related field
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Highly organized & superior attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to assess urgency and prioritize accordingly
- Excels in time management, at meeting deadlines, multi-tasking and flexibility
- Must work well independently as well as in a team, in a fast-paced environment
