Here's how a(n) Civil Quality Supervisor contributes to our team:
**Responsibilities**:

- Reviews project Quality Management System (QMS)
- Performs visual examination, witnesses, monitors, and documents results as per project specifications and Inspection testing plans (ITPs).
- Reviews prime contract and subcontract details for specifications and requirements, identifies quality requirements and ensures that quality activities align with project scope as per the terms and conditions.
- Reviewing and creating project specifications, drawings, turnover documentation and reports
- Conducts project risk assessments
- Identifies and discerns root causes associated with nonconformances reports (NCRs) and presents to the quality and project team.
- Audits project QMS to ISO 9001:2015 requirements
- Ensures supplier and vendors adhere to project specifications, including verification of delivered materials.
- Trains construction staff to conduct inspections

**Qualifications**:

- Postsecondary education in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- 7+ years proven quality experience on civil construction projects with exposure to design/pre-construction.
- Solid understanding of construction industry; understands specifications, drawings methods, and procedures.
- Good understanding of and ability to interpret construction industry codes including of ISO 9001:2015 standard
- Ability to write technical reports
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of various engineering systems, principles, and practices.
- Demonstrate planning, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize own work, and work as a team.
