**Responsibilities**:

- Reviews prime contract and subcontract details for specifications and requirements, identifies quality requirements and ensures that quality activities align with project scope as per the terms and conditions.
- Verifies trade contractor compliance to their quality program and contract documents.
- Identifies root causes associated with nonconformances and reports to the project and quality team.
- Performs visual examination, witnesses, monitors, and documents as per project quality and Inspection testing plans (ITPs), and participates in the development and implementation of ITPs.
- Produces and/or collects quality turnover documentation and reports
- Plans and coordinates daily Quality Assurance/Quality Coordinator (QA/QC) activities with construction activities.
- Auditing project QMS to ISO 9001:2015 requirements

**Qualifications**:

- Postsecondary education in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- 5 years proven experience in quality control on civil construction projects; Design experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with healthcare projects is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of construction industry; understands specifications, drawings methods, and procedures.
- Good understanding of and ability to interpret construction industry codes including ISO 9001:2015 standard.
- Ability to write technical reports.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of various engineering systems, principles, and practices.
- Demonstrate planning, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize own work, and work as a team.
