We are an established Canadian trucking and logistics company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator** to join our dynamic operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of transportation logistics, brokered freight, and cross-border procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate primarily (but not limited to) inbound dispatch operations, ensuring timely and efficient truck movements.
- Source and secure loads from customers, trusted partners and load boards.
- Work with our brokerage department to source and secure carriers for customer freight.
- Accurately perform order entry and maintain shipment records in our TMS system.
- Customs processing for cross-border shipments (Canada/U.S.).
- Communicate proactively with drivers, brokers, carriers, and customers regarding shipment status and requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide real-time solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal company procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in trucking, freight brokerage, or logistics dispatch.
- Familiarity with cross-border customs processes (ACE, ACI, PARS, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS) and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
