Towing Dispatcher

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate daily transportation activities and manage the scheduling of shipments.
- Utilize Towbook to track and optimize freight movements.
- Analyze data related to shipment performance and delivery schedules.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Manage phone systems to ensure timely responses to inquiries and updates.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records of shipments.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers and vendors.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to resolve any logístical challenges that arise.
- Type reports and documentation as required for operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in dispatching or logistics coordination is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $16.55-$24.68 per hour
