**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience with dispatch coordination or in a 3pl environment
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Customer service oriented
- Proactive and enthusiastic
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Thrive in a fast-paced team environment

**Duties**:

- Complete numerous requests for quotes daily
- Accurately enter data and create various reports for internal and external use
- Scheduling pickup and delivery appointments for drivers
- Collaborates and offers assistance to other team members in delivering optimal transportation service solutions.

**Salary**: $42,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year depending on skill and experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $43,302.00-$56,021.00 per year
