Edmonton, Canada Innovation Physical Therapy Full time

Innovation Physical Therapy is looking for a long term, passionate and self motivated Office Assistant to join our team.

You’ll be working closely with the Business Controller, Director and Operations Manager; for multiple clinics.

**Office Assistant Responsibilities**:
Data entry
Credit card reconciliations
Bank reconciliations
Manage multiple working papers and trackers
Inventory management - counting, restocking, transferring, tracking, creating POs
Attending team meetings
Travel to clinics as needed
Other tasks as required

**Skills and Requirements needed for the Office Assistant**:
Previous accounting experience and/or knowledge is an asset
Experience with multiple subsidiaries would be an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional writing skills, appearance and attitude
Strong computer and Microsoft excel skills
Extremely high levels of confidentiality is required
High attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to work alone and as a team is important

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday.
Full time or part time - negotiable with right applicant.

Remote work is **not** available.
