**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Owners,the Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate is be responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping a concise record of inventory, and accurately filling customer orders.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Record, track and monitor all inventory according to company internal procedures
- Organize and maintain inventory on warehouse floor
- Receive, process, label, and store incoming stock
- Inspect all stock for damages and keep records of damages
- Communicate damaged, missing, or incorrect product immediately to the Office Administrator
- Ensure the quantity of goods ordered/received is correct
- Prepare materials for job orders in preparation for installer pick up
- Record exact arrival and departure times for job orders
- Operate stock management tools; for example, a forklift, tow motor etc.
- Load and unload goods from trucks, unpack product daily
- Ensure area is secure at all time
- Perform cleaning/maintenance duties as directed by owners, Operations Supervisor and/or Office Administrator
- Perform cycle counts and year-end inventory counts
- Tactfully communicate with Installers, Customers and Delivery Drivers
- All other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- A high school diploma preferred and clean driving record
- G License
- A forklift driver's certification
- 3+ years’ experience working in a warehouse, preferable in a flooring environment
- Experience with inventory software
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

**Working Conditions**:

- Labour intensive work (i.e. heavy lifting/moving, unloading, etc.)
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Required to effectively coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously to meet the demands of the job

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
