Our Regina office is seeking an accounting professional to join our team. The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing, recording and reconciliation of accounts payable and disbursement transactions. This in-office position works with other members of the finance team in our Regina and Winnipeg offices. The position also requires regular communication with internal customers (including lawyers, paralegals and legal assistants) and vendors.

**Responsibilities include**:
Reviewing and processing daily cheque requests, vendor invoices and expense reimbursements
Determining applicable cost codes/general ledger accounts
Posting of vendor and expense reimbursements
Accounts payable reporting
Preparing and printing cheques
Client disbursement data entry and uploads
Deposit, courier, vendor and credit card account reconciliations

**Qualifications include**:
Professional individual with at least two years of related experience
Ability to deal with highly confidential information in a professional manner
Strong organizational, administrative and data entry skills
Demonstrated attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe
Working knowledge of an accounting information system considered an asset
Experience with electronic expense and invoice system considered an asset
Experience in a professional or legal environment considered an asset
