**AGENT - Soutien aux ventes (Service alimentaire et Grossiste)**

1. Prise de commandes, facturation, gestion des crédits et plaintes;
2. Appliquer les programmes de rabais et les promotions;
3. Participer aux soumissions;
4. Produire et comparer des rapports;
5. Faire du service à la clientèle de manière générale;
6. Visiter les clients au besoin;
7. Toute tâche connexe au soutien du Département des Ventes.

**Compétences et qualités nécessaires**:
1. Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie alimentaire au Québec

2. Bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais

3. Entregent et respect

4. Autonomie, débrouillardise et sens de l’organisation

5. Permis de conduire

6. Véhicule (un atout)

7. Connaissance des logiciels de base (Microsoft) et de comptabilité (Sage, Acomba, etc.)

8. Passion pour le service et la vente

**Modalités**:
Poste permanent et à temps plein.

5 jours par semaine dont 1-2 sur la route et 3-4 au bureau en présentiel.

Salaire selon expérience, à partir de 26$/h + Commission

**Sales Support Representative (Food Service and Wholesaler)**

We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our team at AgroFusion. As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist with order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system with relevant information
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Conduct market research to gather information on industry trends and competitor activities
- Visit customers if necessary

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in the food industry in Quebec
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and analysis
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication
- Driver's licence
- Experience with accounting programs (Sage, Acomba, etc.)

Work schedule: 3-4 days per week at the office, 1-2 day(s) per week on the road.
