Inside Sales Representative

Votre rôle fondamental sera d'atteindre nos objectifs ambitieux d'acquisition de clients et de croissance des revenus. Vous devez être à l'aise pour passer des dizaines d'appels par jour, rechercher de nouveaux clients, générer de l'intérêt, qualifier des prospects et traiter les plaintes des clients.
**Devoirs et responsabilités**:
- 65 % Recherche de nouveaux clients, recherche de nouvelles opportunités de vente grâce au suivi des prospects entrants et aux appels et courriels à cold calls
- 30 % Maintien des relations avec les clients commerciaux actuels
- Traiter les problèmes rencontrés par les clients et leur rendre visite moins de 5 % du temps
**Compétences et connaissances requises**:
- Maîtrise du français/anglais
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite
- Solides capacités d'écoute et de présentation
- Grandes compétences en leadership
- Compétences en gestion du temps et en organisation
- Souci du détail et compétences en résolution de problèmes
- Forte présence téléphonique et expérience dans la composition de dizaines d'appels par jour
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches, à établir des priorités et à gérer efficacement le temps
- Antécédents de dépassement des quotas
- Expérience de travail avec Salesforce ou un CRM similaire

**Job description**
Want to join a great team? You’ve come to the right place 1-800-GOT-JUNK is on the hunt for a passionate and dedicated **Bilingual Inside Sales Representative** that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
Your fundamental role will be achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, hunting new customers, generating interest, qualifying prospects and handling customer complaints.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- 30% Maintaining relationships with current commercial clients
- Dealing with issues faced by clients and visit them less than 5% of the time
**Required Skills and Knowledge**:
- French/English fluency
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Great leadership skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM

**Required Experience or Diploma**:
