**Responsibilities**:

- Quarterly database PSU patching
- Oracle upgrade/migration
- Performance Tunning
- Database P1/P2 support
1) 5+ years of experience with **Oracle Installation** - Database upgrades/migrations on different OS Solaris, Linux, Windows. AIX is nice to have.
2) 5+ years of experience with **Database creation and upgrade of Oracle database versions 11g, 12c & 19c**
3) 5+ years of experience with **RAC (Real Application Cluster) **- setup, configure and support
- 4) 5+ years of experience with **Automatic Storage Management** (ASM) - setup, configure and support
5) 5+ years of experience with **RMAN, RMAN Catalog, backup, restore and Data Pump export/Import**
6) 5+ years of experience with **Data Guard** - Database replication tools, setup, configure and support
7) 5+ years of experience with **Database performance and tuning**
8) Ability to provide 24x7 production support - rotational shift (1 week a month or 5 weeks pager support after hours)
9) Familiar with **OEM/Grid Control (13c)**
10) Familiar with **Oracle Exadata**

**Salary**: $60.00-$75.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:

- Oracle Installation: 4 years (required)
- creation and upgrade of Oracle database: 3 years (required)
- RAC - setup, configure and support: 3 years (required)
- ASM - setup, configure and support: 3 years (required)
- RMAN Catalog, backup, restore and Data Pump export/Import: 3 years (required)
- Data Guard - replication tools, setup, configure and support: 1 year (preferred)
- knowledge of OEM/Grid Control (13c): 1 year (preferred)
- knowledge of Oracle Exadata: 1 year (preferred)
