**Responsibilities**:

- **Oracle Database Upgrade and Management**: Upgrade Oracle Database from 19c to 23c multitenant specifically for PeopleSoft HCM. Manage and maintain the Oracle 19c environment to support PeopleSoft HCM requirements.
- **Data Masking and Sub-setting**: Design, implement, and oversee Oracle Data Masking and Sub-setting processes for instance refreshes and replication.
- **Database Support and Optimization**: Provide technical guidance to developers, ensure system integrity, performance tuning, query optimization, and manage backup/recovery services.
- **Operations and Enhancements**: Administer daily database operations, change management, and support production/development systems. Research and recommend improvements for system optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience with Oracle Applications**: Proven experience managing Oracle 19c, Data Encryption, Data Masking, Log Shipping, and Data Guard (40%).
- **Performance and Optimization Expertise**: Skilled in performance tuning, query optimization, and scalable database design (20%).
- **Cloud Environment Knowledge**: Experience with Azure cloud environment for database services is advantageous (10%).
- **PeopleSoft HCM Familiarity**: Knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft HCM or a similar HRMS system (10%).
- **Database Administration Skills**: Proficient in SQL programming, scripting, software upgrades, capacity management, and technical performance monitoring (10%).

**Must Have**:

- Experience in performance tuning, query optimization, and scalable database design

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $65.00-$80.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Oracle PeopleSoft HCM or other HRMS system: 2 years (required)
- Oracle apps: Enterprise Database 19c, Data Encryption,: 8 years (required)
- Data Masking and Sub-setting, Log Shipping and Data Guard: 3 years (required)
