_About
- Total Event Solutions Inc. (TES) is a production company specializing in the production of large format signs, promotional products and apparel as well as event management services. TES wholly owns a subsidiary business (Speedpro Niagara) that supports these efforts. The Business Development Manager plays a key role in the overall success of the company by developing and managing relationships with key accounts and prospective customers.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Identifying and contacting potential clients through networking and marketing methods
- Developing new sales areas and markets and partnerships with business and community organizations
- Planning and directing marketing campaigns in collaboration with the company’s marketing agency
- Collaborating with sales departments and other teams to meet targets
- Creating sales presentations for potential clients
- Managing contracts
- Addressing client complaints or concerns
- Leading client retention initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction
- Completing sales reports and reviewing company analytics to modify and update existing plans
- Additional administrative duties as required such as communicating with vendors, greeting customers or answering phone calls to schedule appointments
- Qualifications:_
- Previous signage production and/or installation experience is considered an asset
- Basic mathematical and analytical skills including the ability to measure accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to explain concepts clearly, including the ability to plan and organize meetings, presentations and strategic planning
- Proven track record of high quality customer service and sales results
- Strong interpersonal and team work skills
- A good understanding of how market research works and what results mean for a business
- Knowledge in preparing company budgets
- Working Conditions
- Our typical business hours run 8:30-5:00, Monday to Friday. However, in a role dedicated to developing relationships, some hours may be required outside of standard business hours (e.g., chamber of commerce events, community events, etc.)
- Compensation_

Salary + commission on sales commensurate with experience and demonstrated ability. Benefits package and flexible working arrangements available.

**Salary**: Up to $70,000.00 per year
