Then this could be your chance to join our winning team as Brother Canada’s new **Accounts Receivable Analyst, Sales Deductions ** As the Accounts Receivable Analyst, Sales Deductions, you would handle the administration of contracts, process customer sales incentive claims credits and produce periodic reports. You would also be committed to building and continually enhancing each customer contact and experience while upholding the guiding principles of our Global Charter and aligning with Total Customer Satisfaction standards. **What you'd be doing**: **Some tasks include**: - Creating, processing, and maintaining Sales agreements and claims in Vistex - Building and maintaining reports in Excel, SAP and Tableau/BDAP - Posting and Reconciling payments remittances with sales records and credit/debit notes - Collecting from Major Account Partners with terms - Assisting with audits and maintaining filing **What we look for**: - DEC in Accounting, Accounting certificate - Accounts Receivable experience (5+ years) - Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Suite Programs (Excel) - Proficient communication skills - English and French, both verbal and written - Experience in financial analysis and audit - Knowledge of ERP an asset (SAP/HANA) **To be set up for success, you have**: - Excellent problem-solving skills and are detail oriented - Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage multiple tasks, set priorities and work at the leadership level of an organization - Ability to organize tasks to accommodate conflicting priorities - Focus on execution and demonstrate ability to deliver results **What you need to know about Brother**: - A role at Brother is an opportunity to be a part of something different.
