**Job Description**:
We’re on the hunt for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Your role is crucial in maintaining and growing client relationships, managing projects, and collaborating with our creative and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their goals and delivering exceptional service.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within your territory.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Account Manager or relevant role in a digital agency or similar environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
