**Overview**
The Office Manager plays a vital role in supporting the administrative functions of My Care Matters Health Services. This person ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinates staff schedules, maintains accurate records, and supports both caregivers and clients. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative staff
- Manage caregiver scheduling and coordinate coverage for client needs in collaboration with schedulers and administrative assistant
- Maintain up-to-date client and employee records, ensuring compliance
- Serve as a liaison between clients, families, caregivers, and agency leadership
- Handle intake and onboarding of new clients and staff, including background checks and orientation in collaboration with the HR
- Process payroll, invoices, and billing in coordination with accounting
- Order office supplies and ensure proper functioning of office equipment
- Track employee certifications, training, and renewals in collaboration with HR
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
- Support compliance audits and maintain organized documentation
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Other related duties as required

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant
- Previous experience in Healthcare industry is a plus
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

Pay: From $21.35 per hour
