**Location: Vancouver, BC**
**Compensation: Up to $100,000 annually (based on experience & responsibilities)**

Kyle Green—CEO of the Green Mortgage Team (a DLC Origin brokerage) and one of the **Top 25 brokers in Canada**, is seeking an experienced, driven, and ultra-organized **Executive Assistant** to help manage and elevate his day-to-day operations. **Who You Are**:
You’re not just an assistant—you’re a _strategic partner_. You're known for keeping the trains running on time, making your executive look good, and solving problems before they arise. You thrive under pressure, juggle tasks effortlessly, and you’re so organized it sometimes scares people (in a good way).

**Must-Have Qualities**:

- Professional, warm, and incredibly **personable**:

- **Highly organized** and detail-oriented (borderline obsessed, honestly)
- Tech-savvy, with **strong Microsoft Office skills** (especially Excel)
- Excellent **verbal and written communication** skills
- **Proactive** and adaptable - you stay calm and effective in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable with **confidential information** and high-level decision-making support
- Able to manage multiple priorities without letting things slip through the cracks
- Ready to **work occasional extended hours** when required

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as Kyle’s gatekeeper and right hand in all business operations
- Coordinate meetings, travel, follow-ups, and client communications
- Lead initiatives to **optimize Kyle’s time** and improve business efficiency
- Manage tasks related to Kyle’s second business, **Greenwealth Capital**:

- Support client gifting, review collection, and social media follow-up
- Enhance referral partner relationships through outreach and follow-ups
- Provide **light reception duties** (calls, occasional walk-ins, client hospitality)
- Liaise with contractors and manage execution of marketing/digital campaigns
- Assist in **system optimization**, process development, and special projects
- Be a key player in company culture, helping the team stay aligned and engaged
- Occasional personal assistant duties from time to time

**Nice-to-Have Extras**:

- Fluency in additional languages (especially **Mandarin or Cantonese**)
- Sales experience or real estate investment background
- Competence in finance/math concepts
- A sense of humour and a Spotify playlist we can vibe with
