The SAP B1 / Level 1 IT Support Specialist provides hands-on support for SAP Business One (B1) users and core IT operations. This role ensures daily system stability, supports data integrity and helps bridge business processes between departments through SAP B1, Power BI and integrated platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**

**SAP Business One Support**:

- Provide first-level functional support to SAP B1 users across Finance, Sales, Operations and Warehouse.
- Troubleshoot SAP B1 user issues and escalate complex problems to Business Partner or higher-tier support.
- Maintain and manage user roles, permissions and master data in SAP B1.
- Create and optimize queries and reports using SQL and Crystal Reports.
- Support business analytics through Power BI dashboards and data connections with SAP B1.
- Coordinate with SAP Business Partner for training, issue resolution and enhancement requests.

**IT Support**:

- Provide Level 1 IT support for hardware, software and connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and license tracking.
- Support daily system operations including backups, antivirus and network connectivity.

**Integration & Continuous Improvement**:

- Collaborate with Business partner to monitor data synchronization between SAP and other partners
- Document IT and SAP B1 support processes.
- Identify automation opportunities and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- College diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or ERP administration (SAP Business One experience required).
- Strong knowledge of SQL (queries, reporting, troubleshooting).
- Experience with Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
- Working knowledge of Crystal Reports and database integrations.
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Pay: $55,774.96-$70,763.36 per year
