You will be responsible for management of inventory, in a multi warehouse distribution environment. You will manage replenishment activities ensuring inventory levels are sufficient to achieve targeted Customer Service levels. Liaison between distribution sites to actively managing inventory levels to deliver corporate targets for customer satisfaction.

The responsibilities will include:

- Create replenishment orders from our Distribution Center (DC) and warehouse locations
- Coordinate inventory transfers to warehouse locations from vendors and inter warehouse transfers
- Identify and execute surplus re balancing opportunities within the region and across the country
- Inventory replenishment setting (Min/Max) calibration and ownership
- Demand analysis focused on right sizing inventory levels to keep service levels high while maximizing investment
- Drive reduction in volume of rush “Demand” orders placed onto the DC through root cause analysis and branch discussions
- Review and act upon regular reporting to help improve efficiencies, fill rate, inventory investment, profitability and purchasing compliance.
- Assist with placement of booking orders and other orders that require special attention.
- Consistently displays a customer service attitude and develops a rapport with branch contacts
- Daily Physical counts

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 yrs of purchasing or inventory management experience in a related field
- Strong communication skills, bilingual is required for this role
- Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and SAP (SAP B1 an asset) and have previously worked with WMS.
- Strong computer skills & productivity
- Thorough working knowledge of warehouse and inventory control policies, processes and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated success working in a team environment.
- Able to partner with business stakeholders to deliver goals
- Requires strong communication skills & able to build relationships
- Highly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking.
- CSCMP (Certified Supply Chain Management Professional) and or bachelor’s degree preferred
- A problem solver/ Highly analytical & and able develop solutions
- Must be results oriented/ goal driven

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $52,547.00-$60,205.00 per year
