**About us**

TRUX Accessories is a leader in chrome and LED lighting aftermarket truck accessories. We are presently searching for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our fast paced and fun working environment. Location is Industrial Laval West area.
- Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
- Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
- Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, scheduling and preparing outgoing payments, and resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
- Ensures credit is received for outstanding memos.
- Verifies credit card expenses.
- Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

**Accounts Payable Clerk Qualifications / Skills**:

- Degree in Accounting or related financial discipline.
- 3+ years of relevant financial and/or accounting experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking
- Problem solving
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time
- Knowledge of SAP B1 a plus

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- vendor management: 6 years (preferred)
- Accounts payable: 6 years (preferred)
- SAP: 3 years (preferred)
- Concur: 4 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 6 years (preferred)
