As an IT Helpdesk Support Technician, you will be joining our team of tech superheroes responsible for providing impeccable service to Coveo employees when they encounter an issue with their computer, equipment or software. You will be the one that knows everything about what we use, our software as well as hardware, and use your natural people skills to make employees feel well taken care of.

**As our IT Helpdesk Support Technician, you will**:

- Work on assigned tickets and walk-in incidents, from open to close, relating to any technical question an employee may have.
- Problem-solve using your knowledge and research, as well as creativity, to ensure that issues are resolved in a proactive and efficient way.
- Participate in scrums to share your recent problems and success.
- Interact with employees, remotely or in-person, to ensure that they feel as if they are a priority, and are able to do their work as quickly as possible.
- Document solutions to help your team in the future.

**Here is what will qualify you for the role**:

- Proven experience solving technical issues in a professional environment.
- Comfortable configuring, installing, and troubleshooting error codes in software and hardware setups.
- You are a self-starter, enthusiastic to take the initiative, be resourceful, and work autonomously.
- Experience in a client facing role.
- Comfortable with both Windows and Mac operating systems.
- You are comfortable speaking and writing in both English and French, as our employees live all over the world.
- You are located in Montreal, as this role is an in-office position.

**What would make you stand out**:

- You have prior experience with **ServiceNow **or a similar ticketing system.
- You have exposure to the Linux OS.
- You keep up to date on tech trends.
