- 15 years of experience in business partnership, account management roles, or consulting.
- 10 years of customer-facing experience driving programs.
- Experiencing engaging with executive stakeholders.
- Experience managing and growing teams.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- MBA or other graduate degree.
- Experience managing contingent workforce strategies and initiatives across functions.
- Experience working with and managing partners in complex programs.
- Ability to cultivate global partnerships, aligning stakeholders towards strategic initiatives with regional/global impact.
**About the job**:
Partner Engagement Strategic Business Partners are instrumental in optimizing Alphabet's extended workforce models. They guide businesses and functions through complex regulatory landscapes, ensuring rigorous policy adherence in this constantly evolving sphere. This role directly shapes our product areas, Bets, and Functions development and the formation of future-proof strategic solutions.
As a Director, you will lead a team to mandate extended workforce policies and guidelines, drive cross-functional objective key results focused on cost savings and compliance, and proactively mitigate risk across product areas and Bets. You will identify and address obstacles to policy adoption across product areas, promoting company-wide best practices tailored to enhance operational success.
In this role, you will also lead change by driving Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) enterprise-wide changes, deeply understanding impact across product areas to business goals and regularly engage with executive stakeholders across a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team to ensure adherence to Google best practices.

**Responsibilities**:
- Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, gaining a deep understanding of their strategic priorities within Product Areas and Bets.
- Have deep expertise in the xWS menu of services, support stakeholders get the right talent responsibility by shaping and enforcing cost effective practices, adherence to xWS policies.
- Influence C-level stakeholders by having deep understanding of product area business objectives and educate xWS with ongoing strategic insight to unlock economies of scale.
- Lead change within product areas to simultaneously launch multiple large scale enterprise-wide xWS efforts, consult stakeholders on xWS policies and understand impact of changes across the businesses.
