**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Test, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones, tablets, computers, and laptops.
- Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers.
- Communicate technical issues in a clear, understandable, and helpful manner.
- Offer a complete solution by including our full range of wireless services, including cell phone prepaid plans.
- Greet customers and handle phone calls professionally, courteously, and friendly.
- Utilize the Point of Sale system to keep accurate records of customer information and repair statuses.
- Organize and manage inventory according to company standards.
- Perform opening and closing duties, as well as regular cleaning and dusting.

**Skills**:

- Strong aptitude, desire, and/or experience in repairing electronics.
- Knowledge of Android and Apple operating systems.
- Strong technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask with a keen attention to detail.
- Understanding of smartphone and tablet functionality, both hardware and software.
- Self-motivated and sales-driven with the ability to connect with and influence customers.
- Pride in delivering complete solutions for all wireless needs.
- Transparent, honest, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
- Flexible availability for retail hours.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Competitive hourly wages: $17 - $22 per hour
- Additional pay: Commission

**Schedule**:

- 8-hour and 10-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education and Experience**:

- Secondary School diploma (preferred)
- 1 year of electronics repair experience (preferred)
- Retail management experience (preferred)
