**POSITION**: Warehouse Manager REPORTS TO: Senior Director, Operations

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our Warehouse team Our Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations and providing ongoing team leadership and support.

In this role, it’s important to be a hands-on manager who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and support the team on the floor when needed. You will have a very involved leadership role as you will be working closely with direct reports to ensure we operate at high-performance levels while fostering a safe and team-oriented work environment. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- You have strong communication and organizational skills
- You are a proven leader with strong people management skills
- You have solid computer and systems skills, including Microsoft Office, ERP, and WMS
- You have a proven track record of managing a large body of data under a time-sensitive environment

EXPERIENCE
- You have 3-5 years of relevant warehousing experience
- You have experience with ERP and WMS systems

NICE-TO-HAVE
- You have experience working in a fast-paced or and rapidly growing environment
- You have experience in a food manufacturing environment

THINGS YOU WILL DO
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations in a busy food manufacturing environment
- Lead and develop a team providing ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support
- Establish and manage sequences for shipping/receiving products
- Manage inventory of both frozen and dry finished products/ingredients in multiple warehouse locations
- Maintain product quality standards and establish fill rate targets in a cost-competitive model
- Prepare Daily Shift Reports and track KPI’s
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and develop or revise standard operational and working practices
- Manage and address employee training requirements
- Partner with People and Culture team to identify talent needs, resolve issues, and build a positive culture on the floor

OTHER
- You may on occasion work at various times including weekends, as the job requires

Salary $85,000 - $105,000
