ADESA Canada is the country's largest wholesale vehicle auction and remarketing services company. ADESA Windsor is one of ADESA Canada's 14 wholesale vehicle auctions that are located across Canada, and the employer of choice in the Canadian automotive remarketing industry.
ADESA Windsor (located in Tilbury, ON) is currently looking for a temporary fulltime Administration Clerk. This would be an 17-month contract position. This position will work 4-5 days per week.
SUMMARY:
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Serve customers (both internal and external) by responding to and directing telephone and in-person inquires;
- Responsible for manually or electronically updating and entering new data in an accurate and timely manner, including vehicle information, registrations and other documents in a prescribed format;
- Perform filing and other administrative duties as required;
- Assist in Sale Day activities as directed;
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent in education/experience;
- Strong data entry and keyboarding skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Good customer service, time management and organizational skills.
- Bilingualism will be an asset
