About MSALABS:

MSALABS is a global provider of geochemical laboratory services for the exploration and mining industries. We deliver a complete range of analytical services from greenfields exploration through to mine closure, including laboratory management, onsite services, and sample preparation.

Responsibilities

  • The Invoicing/Admin Clerk is responsible for invoice preparation and other general administrative duties.
  • Provide reviews of workorder files for discrepancies and credit.
  • Invoice completed workorders in a timely manner (individual invoices and statements).
  • Review completed workorder files and archive as needed.
  • Create approved credit notices, as needed.
  • Format files for release to customers.
  • Participate, when requested in department and health and safety meetings.
  • Participate, when requested in internal and external audits.
  • Keeps work area clean, neat and organized.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Required

  • Able to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Detail orientated and ability to work very well under pressure.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • 1-3 years experience administration experience.
  • High School diploma and relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with LIMS is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be fit and able to perform the inherent requirements of the job

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
