All-Risks Insurance Brokers Limited is a full-service insurance brokerage offering a broad array of property, casualty, life, health and investment products and services to the residents of Ontario. We currently have a vacancy for an Account Manager, in our Cambridge office. Minimum of 2 years of experience required

**This is a Base Salary + Plus Commission role.**

**RIBO License is required or ability to convert OTL to RIBO**

**Overview**:
**We are currently seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative** to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our clients’ insurance experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and efficient manner
- Accurately update and maintain customer records through data entry

**Requirements & Skills**:

- **RIBO license in good standing** (required)
- Experience with **Power Broker** and **Applied Rating** systems is an asset
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- personal lines insurance: 2 years (required)
- Personal lines insurance customer service: 2 years (required)

Pay: $41,000.00-$97,570.42 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
