The Solution Consulting Manager role is responsible for gathering the detailed customer requirements during and/or after the sales process, validating or adapting the solution after the business has been awarded to GBT. Build solutions which are aligned to GBT future servicing strategy. The position will support GBT proprietary, TPN and Joint Venture countries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with Solutions Consulting leaders to ensure servicing solutions meet both GBT and Client expectations
- Consulting with clients and commercial teams to identify appropriate service solutions, create new capabilities and manage non standard service requests to effectively meet customer requirements. This can be in partnership with Solution Consulting leadership or independently.
- Designing servicing solutions and establishing feasibility, costs and implementation timelines.
- Mapping point of arrival processes, documenting solution requirements to ensure effective development of technology solutions as well as documenting standard operating procedures as required to ensure consistent delivery against client Service Level agreements
- Regular interaction with sales and client management teams. Participating in internal and client facing external conversations as a representative of the PSPO organization.
- Supporting Statement of Work Program. Researching and decisioning Statement of Work exceptions and non-standard requests, which includes determining potential cost of program impacts. Evaluating Service Level Agreements (SLA) requests to identity potential risks and mitigate company liability.
