Role & Responsibilities
In This Role, You Will

  • Develop and execute a structured consultant communication strategy ensuring consistent, personalized engagement across all assignments and locations.
  • Coordinate communication touchpoints across Resourcing, Practice Leads, Sales, Marketing, and Consulting Services.
  • Maintain communication throughout the consultant lifecycle including onboarding, mid-project check-ins, project completion, and reassignment.
  • Support newsletters, video updates, consultant announcements, and recognition campaigns.
  • Enable Practice Lead mentorship, feedback loops, and career alignment.
  • Support 30/60/90-day check-ins and consultant integration activities.
  • Collaborate with Resourcing on redeployment planning, assignment readiness, and consultant career continuity.
  • Strengthen consultant-facing brand consistency across LinkedIn, bios, and PTAG identity.
  • Support Sales and BD in fostering consultant recognition and two-way communication.

  • Promote learning, certification, and PTAG Academy opportunities.

  • Coordinate communities of practice, town halls, and consultant engagement events.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in consultant engagement, internal communications, or talent relationship management within a professional services environment.
  • Proven experience supporting geographically distributed or client-embedded teams.
  • Strong collaboration and influence across Resourcing, Marketing, Sales, and Consulting Services.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM, ATS, or workforce communication tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with engineering, construction, or project consulting environments is an asset.
