**Business Analyst, Planning & Performance Reporting**

*
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: *
- Building business models for
- analyzing promotions
- vendor deals
- other special projects
- Tracking company’s performance relative to vendors’ agreements
- Understanding agreements T&C and identifying corresponding business targets
- Data collection and building models/dashboards to track performance relative to targets
- Reporting progress to different stakeholders within the company
- Following up with BI dashboards’ reporting, data collection activities in relation to
- Sales, churn rate and customers’ stickiness
- Revenues, Costs and Gross margin analysis
- Market share analysis
- Costing, pricing and reporting of VOIP service offering
- Trend analysis of network usage and its corresponding cost allocation
- Keeping track of Market competition and pricing
- Helping with
- sales forecasting
- cost allocation
- budgeting activities
- Accruals automation
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of growth, promotions and impacts

Basic Qualifications: *
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent degree
- In-depth knowledge in business analysis, forecasting, costing, statistics and planning
- Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Working with data and maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to work cross-functionally and deliver within tight deadlines
- Proven reporting and presentation skills
- Accuracy, reliability and self-motivation
