The Project Manager, Architectural Products will be responsible for providing overall management for projects within the architectural products department as well as the duties and responsibilities listed in the job description.

Reports to: Architectural Products Department Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide overall management for projects within the architectural products department- Oversee operations of projects assigned within the architectural products department- Maintain relationships and develop new relationships within the Clark Builders group of Companies and within the industry- Overall responsibilities would include but are not limited to profitability, safety, quality, scheduling, communications, duty assignment, project budgeting, and change order management- Engage in planning and executing the work, interpret specifications, and coordinate the various scopes and phases of the work to ensure it is completed safely, on-time and on budget- Inspect the work in progress to ensure it is being completed safely and according to plans and specifications. Perform quality control checks on a regular basis- Ensure work is installed following good building practices, is to industry standards, manufacturer’s standards and proper building envelope detailing is followed.- Confer with superintendents and foremen to ensure a proper plan of action is adopted and proper tools, equipment and materials are on site in a timely manner to execute the work- Provide technical advise on scope of work detailing and products to Superintendents, Foremen, Consultants, Architects and General Contractors on an as needed basis- Work with other parties to resolve any conflicts or problems that may arise during the course of construction

Skills & Knowledge:
- Computer literate with a strong working knowledge of MS office package and MS Project- Knowledge of On-Screen take-off, Hard Dollar, and ACAD a plus- Strong organizational and communication skills- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills- Ability to multi task and work closely in a team environment- Must have strong moral values and be trustworthy

Qualifications:
- 5 years minimum experience in a Project Management role- Education in engineering/ building science or related construction management educational field
