They are currently seeking a Architecture Production Lead to play a key role in delivering exceptional homeowner experiences by overseeing architectural services and leading a high-performing drafting team. This position combines technical expertise with leadership, ensuring production output meets quality standards and timelines. *this role is primarily in office, with flexibility

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the production of working drawings and plot plans, ensuring compliance with building codes, land-use bylaws, and company standards, as well as independently drafting lot-specific drawing packages.
- Managing project workflows, production schedules, and reporting, conducting annual performance reviews and development planning.
- Providing onboarding and ongoing training to align with company and industry standards.
- Support the peer review process, maintain and update the master plan library for code compliance.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to streamline drafting processes.
- Assist estimating and construction teams with technical guidance, and contribute to the development of new home models and updates to construction details.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 7 years in architectural design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Prior experience working with a production home builder is a strong asset.
- Proficient with AutoCAD.
- Proven ability to lead, develop and inspire a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to develop strong relationships with clients (internal & external).
- Sound knowledge of local buildings codes and bylaws.
