This role is responsible for coordinating the Building Envelope Scope of Work on various types of Buildings. They collaborate with Project Managers to achieve operation deliverables such as, estimating, take-offs, productivity reports, supplier and material research, safety, QA/QC, tool and equipment management, and field communications. Reporting to: Manager, Cladding Operations Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Responsible for aiding in projects requiring building envelope and cladding systems- Tendering and estimating (primarily related to specifications Div. 7)- Use of Project Scheduler, Excel, and Procore®- Providing productivity reports to the field and gathering real time data for estimating and feedback- Direct communication with suppliers and shippers to coordinate deliveries with on-site schedule- Responsible for filing safety and QA/QC reports in Procore®- Spend time onsite with AP Superintendent, assisting with duties including QA/QC, Safety, Scheduling, Productivity Reports, Measuring and Ordering Products, LEAN, Daily Progress Reports, Material Deliveries, Meetings, and other related responsibilities- Provide project photos and communications for use in marketing and project development- Increase productivity and workflow on site through use of LEAN practices- Log daily reports (with photos) into Procore®- Responsible for aiding in material take offs of building envelope and façade systems and cladding products for ordering purposes- Adhere to Clark Builders’ policies and procedures and aid others in compliance- Assist in orientation of new field employees, and onboarding- Work and collaborate with all Clark Builders Departments Skills & Knowledge: - Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills- Analytical thinker with ability to interpret information, understand issues, and provide innovative solutions- The ability to read, understand and interpret architectural drawings and specifications- Ability to multi-task, organize and balance responsibilities on concurrently running projects- Live Clark Builders CORE Values: Have a Can-Do Attitude, Respect Others, succeed as a Team, Lead with Courage and Deliver Results- Ability to travel to project sites occasionally Qualifications & Experience: - Completion of a post-secondary program in a construction-related discipline- Project Management Certificate Program is an asset- Experience working as a Project Coordinator role for a Commercial, Industrial, or Institutional Construction organization is asset- Practical experience using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel, Procore®, On-Screen Takeoff or Bluebeam- Must have a Class 5 Driver’s license and access to reliable transportation What's in it for you?- Competitive salaries, vacation time and four personal days- Flexible work arrangements- "Summer Fridays" during July and August; all sites and offices close early- Performance program, annual salary reviews and bonus opportunities- Robust Employee Recognition Program "CLARK STARS" - an assortment of initiatives and rewards designed to highlight and celebrate our people's talent, efforts, and contributions to living Our Purpose- Community involvement initiatives through the “Give Back” program, including donation matching, corporate donations and sponsorship, and support of employee volunteering- Comprehensive health and benefits plan available from the first day of employment provided by Manulife - i.e. $750 per paramedical annual coverage limits- Access to Manulife Vitality Group Benefits- A Flexible Spending Account 100% funded by Clark Builders with an annual allocation amount of $500 which employees can allocate into Health Spending, Lifestyle Spending, or both.- Ability to select from two benefit plan options (Core or Enhanced) through Manulife- Holistic Wellness Benefits Program including six sick days, as well as access to Inkblot Therapy, a virtual mental health platform.
