We are an established after-school academy with a team of dedicated BC certified teachers committed to empowering students with confidence in their academic pursuits.

In line with our mission, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional who excels at maintaining a tidy work area, possesses a quick learning ability, and demonstrates excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers and parents.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Opening and closing the learning centre when needed
- Greeting students and parents
- Performing tasks requested by the principal as needed
- Taking calls during working hours
- Scheduling
- Coordinating classes and appointments
- Providing support for the teachers
- Payroll
- Bookkeeping (invoicing, tracking paid/unpaid tuition, keeping students information up to date, filing receipts, and updating the income statement)
- Keeping the facility clean

Previous work experience is preferred, but not required.
Bilingual preferred (English & Korean and/or Mandarin)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

**Benefits**:

- On-site parking

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
