**What will be your DAY-TO-DAY?**
- Quickly resolve functional and technical issues and report incidents to the appropriate chain of command. End users: traders, sellers, auditors, middle office.
- The automation of controls is an indicator for monitoring the proper functioning of contribution and negotiation tools and the associated reference documents
- Liaise with teams in New York, Paris, Hong Kong
- Understand the regulated environment and the constraints of customer activity
- Perform post-deployment testing of new versions (quality assurance)
- Process queries and ad-hoc queries of user search data
- Respond to the user within a defined deadline depending on the seriousness of the problem, document and follow up (case study, problems, impact studies, action plan)
- Technical research process using sources such as error logs and technical product documentation and identifying solutions to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
- Comply with internal standards, IT standards and processes (ITIL)
- Timely communication of production and project status to customer and IT management.
- Effective oral and written communication with different audiences and at appropriate levels.
- Collaboration with the development teams (NY / Paris) for the management of new versions
- Collaboration with the global support team (Paris/Asia) to ensure quality support for end users
- Effectively manage the customer relationship with the end user community

**Profile**

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Must Have**:

- SQL (SQL Server, Oracle...) for more than 2 years
- 2+ years Unix, Linux and Windows server environment

**Nice to have**:

- Programming knowledge
- Languages: English/French

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or other related university degree
