**What you'll do**:
Conduct quality control audits of Impact’s job sites
- Conduct health & safety audits of Impact’s operations
- Conduct compliance audits of Impact’s operations
- Utilize Impact’s software to create reports, track results and perform root-cause analysis
- Meet with Impact’s customers to review audits and identify areas for improvement
- Meet with Impact’s operations team to review audits and identify areas for improvement
- Support the operations team in ensuring health & safety and legislative compliance with governing body regulations
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels

**Who you are**:
You have a background in cleaning, hotel, or hospitality services
- You have a quality-driven mentality
- You have a high attention to detail and appearances
- You have excellent documentation and presentation skills
- You are comfortable working alone or in a team
- You enjoy learning as well as guiding and inspiring others

**Qualifications**
- Highschool diploma or bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years’ experience in Quality Control is recommended
- 2+ years’ experience in Customer Service is recommended
