We’re looking for a **Quality Control Specialist** to join our team and help maintain the highest standards of production quality.
As a **Quality Control Specialist** at Hot Pop Factory, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet our company's rigorous quality standards before reaching our clients. You will oversee the quality of prints, check for consistency in color, materials, and finish, and perform quality assurance tests throughout the production process. This position requires attention to detail and a passion for ensuring perfection in every product.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Inspect products for quality, consistency, and conformance to specifications.
- Review production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct detailed checks for color accuracy, print resolution, and material integrity.
- Maintain and update quality control documentation, tracking all quality tests and outcomes.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure that all products meet both client specifications and company quality standards.
- Perform final inspections before products are shipped to clients.
- Assist in implementing best practices for continuous quality improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a quality control role, preferably in printing or manufacturing.
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for quality.
- Familiarity with printing processes and techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
- Ability to identify and resolve quality issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of quality control software and systems is an asset.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in a related field is an advantage.

Pay: $24.29-$26.47 per hour
Expected hours: 48 per week
