Strategic Assistant to The CEO

We’re looking for a
**Strategic Assistant** to assist the CEO of a group of companies. You will be the CEO’s eyes, ears and problem-solver across the businesses. Responsibilities include tasks the CEO needs to delegate, and working on multiple projects (strategic long-term or resolving urgent issues). You will act as a “gatekeeper” to the CEO, trying to resolve problems that don’t need his direct attention. Previous experience in the real estate development and management industry is an asset.

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
**Hours of Work**:40hrs/week
**Location**:3660 Hurontario St., Mississauga, ON L5B 3C4
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule and appointments;
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO;
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed;
- Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives;
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, employees, and external contacts;
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism;
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes;
- Conduct research and provide summaries and recommendations to the CEO;
- Arrange travel plans and itineraries for the CEO, as well as prepare expense reports;
- Attend meetings and take notes, following up on action items as needed.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite;
- Experience in property management or the real estate industry Is a plus;
- Ability to research and problem-solve;
- Discretion and confidentiality.
