**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Proactively schedule installation appointments, pre-inspections, and energy audits, ensuring optimal timing for both customers and technicians.
- Monitor and adapt schedules as necessary to meet weekly KPIs for the number of booked installs and pre-inspections, adjusting quickly to accommodate customer changes.

**Customer Communication and Support**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the installation process, providing clear information on timelines, requirements, and steps.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, using persuasive communication skills to reassure customers or encourage follow-through if they are considering changes or cancellations.

**Technician and Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with technicians to communicate all project details, schedules, and customer needs.
- Ensure technicians have the required materials, equipment, and information for each installation and service call.

**Goal Tracking and Reporting**:

- Meet weekly booking KPIs and report on progress, including tracking scheduled and completed installs, pre-inspections, and any cancellations or changes.
- Gather and report customer feedback to identify recurring issues and opportunities for process improvement.

**Quality Assurance and Follow-Up**:

- Conduct follow-up calls with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction, address any remaining concerns, and gather feedback.
- Document insights from completed projects to share with the team and contribute to continuous quality improvements.

**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally with experience in sales and customer service.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused and solutions-oriented approach.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems in real time.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Environment**: Primarily office-based, with occasional flexibility.
- **Hours**: Full-time, with some evening or weekend hours as needed to meet project and customer demands.
